These SMS Terms apply when you expressly opt in to text messages from American Select Peptides and supplement the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Program and consent
Depending on the option selected, texts may include account or support updates, order and delivery information, cart reminders, product availability, store content, and promotions. By submitting a mobile number through an SMS opt-in and confirming consent, you authorize us and our messaging providers to send texts, including by automated technology where permitted. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency, opt out, and help
Message frequency varies based on interactions and program. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts; one confirmation may follow. Reply HELP for help or use Customer Care. Opting out of marketing does not block permitted transactional messages necessary to complete a requested transaction or response.
Costs, carriers, and number changes
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and not all devices or carriers are supported. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user authorized to consent. Before changing, deactivating, or transferring the number, opt out and update your account.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy explains data use. We do not share mobile opt-in data or text consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may modify or discontinue a program with notice when required; your right to opt out is not affected.
