These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern americanselectpeptides.com (the “Site”) and purchases from American Select Peptides (“American Select,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and activity through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Research-use products
Products are offered solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, discovery, and preclinical research. They are not medicines, foods, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary products, and are not offered for human or veterinary administration.
By ordering, you represent that you have appropriate knowledge, facilities, personnel, and authority; will follow the label and lot documentation; and will comply with all laws and institutional requirements governing purchase, receipt, storage, handling, use, disposal, and resale. You may not misrepresent intended use, remove warnings, or resell products with medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or other misleading claims.
Product information and records
Descriptions, images, specifications, availability, pricing, and documentation may change. A certificate or report applies only to the product, format, and lot it identifies. A purity result alone does not establish identity, fill quantity, sterility, endotoxin status, every possible contaminant, or suitability for a protocol. You are responsible for evaluating suitability for lawful research.
Orders, prices, taxes, and payment
An order is an offer to purchase; an automated acknowledgment is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or shipment unless law provides otherwise. We may verify identity, payment, inventory, pricing, destination, lawful use, and fraud risk, and may hold, reject, limit, or cancel an order when verification fails. Prices, promotions, shipping, and availability may change before acceptance. You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Available payment methods appear at checkout and may be operated by third-party providers. Refunds, when due, are made to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed.
Shipping, returns, and order issues
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. The Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Inspect deliveries promptly and retain the container, label, packing, and affected items during review.
Subscriptions
If recurring ordering is offered, the price, frequency, renewal, and cancellation method will be shown before enrollment. Enrollment authorizes recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation affects future renewals and does not reverse an already processed charge or shipment, except where law or the enrollment offer requires.
Communications
We may send transactional messages about accounts, orders, support, security, and policies. Marketing email or texts are sent under the consent and opt-out terms shown for that channel. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of purchase. The SMS Terms apply to text messaging.
Site use and intellectual property
You may not interfere with Site operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or exploit content at scale; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; abuse support; or use Site content for false, medical, therapeutic, or unlawful claims. The Site’s original text, design, graphics, logos, software, and compilation are owned by or licensed to American Select and protected by applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SITE OPERATION OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PROTOCOL. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED ARE NOT AFFECTED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMERICAN SELECT AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL. AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO IT. LIMITATIONS THAT ARE UNLAWFUL IN A JURISDICTION DO NOT APPLY THERE.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless American Select and its owners, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful use, prohibited administration, improper handling, misleading resale or marketing, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
Changes, suspension, and severability
We may suspend access or refuse service for fraud, abuse, safety, legal, payment, or policy reasons. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date, with additional notice when required. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce is not a waiver.
